Count Our Blessings

Happy Birthday to my Mom

  HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my MOM, Lita (and to her equally beautiful TWIN sister, Tita Rita/Caying)! We love you, mom/Lola L; you have been such a strong support to all of us. We will never be able to thank you enough for all of it. Happy Birthday to the best mom in the world and the prettiest lady I have ever seen!   A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us,  and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts. Back to Work Tomorrow

It's back to work for me, again.

Do it all for Him

Another new school year is about to open and this is a great reminder for people like me who are currently preparing for new lesson plans, who are about to face new challenges, new students, new teachers,  and all... Thank you, Lord Jesus.  

 
Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men. Colossians 3:23

Big Plans

God has big plans for all of us.

I Know That Spot

I know that spot.
The one in life where you find yourself wondering if God is still watching, still listening, still caring.
  Oh, yes, He is...  

 HE is always FAITHFUL...  
  He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you can hide. His truth will be your shield and protection. Psalm 91:4

He is Mighty

What an assurance to know that at the bottom of all things, HE IS MIGHTY.  

 
God is mighty,  but despises no one; he is mighty, and firm in his purpose. Job 36:5

New Chapter in my Life

DD's RAD Exam 2014

Our Dancing Queen's recently concluded Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Examination... Eagerly awaiting the results around June or July!
