DS at UPCM's "Tao Rin Pala 43: Epic" Event

We had a great and enjoyable night watching this year's event.

Migs had these performances in this year’s “TAO RIN PALA 43: Epic” --
His very first as an INTARMED student: :)

> 3 dance numbers with the:
- UP PAGSAMA (Pangkalusugang Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral)
- INTARMED 2023 (Migs's batch) and 2022 students
- UP MSS (Medical Students’ Society)

> 2 song numbers with the UP Medicine Choir

TRP or “TAO RIN PALA” is a yearly event held by the UP College of Medicine’s Medical Students Society, allowing Med students and PGH Doctors to showcase their talents through dance, song, and chorale music.

As the name “TAO RIN PALA” implies, it is actually meant to be a reminder that doctors are also human: more than exams, grades, or long work hours, more than just junior levels to senior levels, more than hospital machines taking patients’ vital signs, and more than ATMs shelling out money for patients in need.

Now on its 43rd year, the TRP has given Med students and Doctors the space to stretch themselves in areas that often go unappreciated in the hospital, highlighting hobbies and talents developed prior to medical school and often forgotten. :)
