Can't help but make this shout-out today --
DS was able to successfully perform his first-ever medical procedure
in the UP Medical Students' Society-sponsored "TULI MISSION"
at the Richland Covered Court in Bgy. Sauyo, QC today!
Although he had been trained beforehand
by his ates and kuyas in the org's workshop,
it was still an enriching and high yield experience for him --
from injecting anaesthesia to making the cut,
and suturing his 11-year-old patient.
We are so proud of him! (y) (y)

who DS said was very kind and encouraging all the way.] :D
Experiential activities like this make-up for our son
not being able to come home often during weekends.
We miss him terribly, but we are happy when he is happy. <3
