A Quick Walkthrough To Check What's In Place

Casa Arcoiris de Anna Renovation Diary – September 20, 2025
A quick walkthrough to check what’s in place: Screens + Grilles
working together room by room.
Light, breeze, and safety -- layered and steady.

Living area window (inside view) --
Grille and screen aligned; daylight softened, view intact.

Detail close-up --
Finish and mesh up close -- clean welds, even spacing, snug fit.

Living / Dining window (wide) --
Both panels sliding freely; shadows from the bars fall neatly across the wall.

Service area / pantry --
Utility window secured, with the door to the service court right beside --
work and airflow made easy.

Powder room window --
Compact grille + screen; privacy kept while air still moves.

Master bedroom window (wide) --
Panoramic grilles across the big window -- sun, breeze, and peace of mind.

AC cage (from Anne's interior sill) -- Inside view of the cage and sill --
paint finish and alignment look consistent.

AC cage (exterior frame, Gina's room) --
Sturdy steel cradle to show the bracket depth and clearances. Solid and square.

AC cage (exterior frame, Migs's room) --
Another angle of steel cradle for the unit -- safety, support, and maintenance-friendly.

Upstairs bathroom window --
Grille + awning window combo for privacy with ventilation.

Stairwell window --
Narrow vertical window secured -- natural light streaming down the stairs.

Front facade today --
Quick facade / driveway check with my trusty car cameo.
Screens and grilles in place; next up: color and character.
