Powder Room & Upstairs Bathroom Zócalo Installation --
Today’s progress is all about protection, durability, and clean workmanship. (Photos are not clear due to workers' phone cams)
Our builders worked on installing the zócalo (water barrier curb)
in the downstairs powder room and the upstairs bathroom.
This essential step ensures water stays exactly where it should --
inside the shower area --
keeping the floors safe, dry, and long-lasting.
Both bathrooms now have their curbs formed, leveled, and prepped for finishing.
It may look simple, but this tiny detail adds years of protection
and prevents future water seepage.
Casa Arcoiris is slowly taking shape one careful layer at a time.
